A note about shipping...

I'll tell you what, I never really thought that shipping was going to be the hassle it has been. With fuel costs being high, shipping rates have really gone through the roof. Fuel surcharges, add-on fees, changes in shipping zones...I've had a couple of real headaches sorting it all out. I want to maximize the convenience, speed and efficiency of shipping my products to you, but I also want to save you as much money as I can while I'm at it. That's not an easy task.

With that in mind, the best option has proven to be Priority Mail shipping with the United States Postal Service. Huh? Yeah, I know. I didn't think those concepts of price, efficiency and value would belong in the same paragraph as the USPS, but they've beaten UPS and FedEx Ground on price and service. With USPS Priority, I can deliver product to you cheaper, faster and with some nice additions (like complimentary tracking numbers e-mailed to you) that would have been extra with the other two.

Now I have to admit that the best deals to be had at this rate are for the half case and the case orders. If you want to order a jar of each variety (that would be a four pack), it costs the same to ship it to you as it would if you bought 6 jars instead. The product has a shelf life of up to four years (not that I think it will take you that long to eat it), so you really don't have to worry about it spoiling on your shelf.
